Entries accepted from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NOON on Thursday, July 31st in the South Exhibit Hall.
Judging begins at 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 31.
All exhibits remain on display until Saturday, August 9, 2008, 4:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RIBBONS
First, second, and third place ribbons will be awarded in each class if the entries deserve such merit. A Best of Fair - Vegetables and Best of Fair - Fruits will be selected from all the entries. Premiums paid for, first, second, third and best of fair.
A plate consists of 3 apples, pears, apricots, or peaches; 5 crab apples, plums or prunes, and Seckel pears. If two or more samples of any entry are present, a class will be made at the discretion of the Superintendent. Leave stem on all fruit except peaches. Fruits may be polished. Onions should be cleaned but not peeled. All Open Class regulations apply. All entries must be displayed on heavy (disposable) plates to prevent samples from spilling or dropping. To encourage proper exhibiting techniques for fair, exhibitors are advised to pick up an “Exhibitors Guidelines” packet from the Cooperative Extension office prior to the fair.
