Car Show & Demolition Derby

CAR SHOW: Saturday, August 8, 2009
At the Garfield County Fairgrounds

We are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Garfield County Fair Car Show, Saturday August 8 at 11:30, immediately following the parade. The show is open to all who love there vehicles, be it automobiles, trucks or motorcycles, from the classic restoration, 60’s muscle car or stock edition. There will be 3 classes, Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles. We invite all to participate and welcome the novice to the Hi-Tech enthusiast. Participants will receive a grab bag, T-shirt and dash plaque.

The show is sponsored by Casey Concrete of Rifle, with participant Dash Plaques provided by Rifle Carquest Auto Parts. Other sponsors of door prizes and give aways are Alpine Bank, Rifle NAPA Auto Parts, Checker Auto Parts, Rifle Conoco, Western Slope Trailers, Red Canyon Auto Body, Big O Tires, Glenwood Springs Ford, Columbine Ford, Grease Monkey Rifle, Vista Chevrolet, Alpine Tires and Piper Auto Sales.

Prizes will be awarded to the top twenty five entrants, Best in Class (x3), Best of Show Trophy will be determined by a panel of judges. a peoples choice award trophy will also be given.
