Greetings,
We invite you to join us as a vendor at our special celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Garfield County Fair. This year’s fair will offer fun, education and excitement for all participants. There will be a historical collection of fair memorabilia on display to celebrate our past with style. The 2013 fair will run from August 5 – 11.
The Merchant Village is open to retail merchants and artisans. The craft/ merchant vendor application and guidelines outline basic information and rental rates. Merchant vendors who submit their booth applications by March 31, 2013, will receive a complimentary 1/8 page ad in the 2013 Garfield County Fair book.
Each application will be considered by the Fair Board Committee using the following criteria:
- Product balance with the fair
- Uniqueness and appeal of product
- Space availability

New for 2013!
The Craft Tent is an exciting new concept for smaller crafters and artisans to exhibit and sell their wares with more flexibility and less overhead. The fair will provide an eight foot table, chair, and lighting for evening hours within the Craft Tent.
The new Demonstration Station will be available for all vendors or any other fair participants to demonstrate their products, cooking, art, and crafts, or to educate the community. Free samples or hands-on experience for fair patrons would be an excellent way to showcase your skills and product. Electricity, tables and audience chairs will be provided under a tent. The Demonstration Station is free!
Please complete and submit your application with a check or money order at your earliest convenience for consideration to participate in the 75th anniversary Garfield County Fair.
